Citalid (“Citalid”, or “we”) is very attentive to the protection of the privacy and personal data of users (the “User” or “you”) of its Website https://citalid.com (the “Website”). When collecting your personal data, mandatory information is indicated on the collection forms by an asterisk. Failure to provide this mandatory information may make it impossible to provide our services.

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Management of your registrations for our free public events,

How long do we keep your Personal Data?

Citalid retains your personal data for the time necessary to meet the purposes for which this data is collected, as described in the table above. Depending on the different purposes, the following retention periods are applicable:

(a) For contact requests, your personal data is kept until your request has been processed.

(b) For newsletters, your personal data is kept, depending on the case, for the duration of your subscription to these communications, until you exercise your right to object or withdraw your consent, or for three years from the date of collection or last contact.

(c) When you apply to join Citalid:

  • if your application is successful and you join our teams, your personal data will be kept for the duration of your employment with Citalid and for the applicable legal periods of prescription.
  • if your application is unsuccessful, your personal data required for recruitment purposes will be kept for 2 years from our last contact.

(d) When you browse our Website, the data we may collect, in particular cookies, is kept for no longer than 13 months.

Who are the recipients of your Personal Data?

Your personal data is strictly confidential and is intended primarily for our internal services authorized to receive it.

The data collected is intended for us in our capacity as data controller.

Except in the case of legal, accounting or judicial obligations, we do not transmit your personal data within the framework of the processing carried out by Citalid in its capacity as Data Controller.

Citalid has implemented technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data.

We take all the necessary precautions, whether physical, logical or administrative, with regard to the nature of the data processed and the risks presented by the processing that we carry out, to preserve the security of your personal data and prevent them from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
